Kaz Lake Wildlife Development Area

Kaz Lake Wildlife Development Area (Kaz Gölü Yaban Hayatı Geliştirme Sahası), which has a total of 1170 hectares of protected area, is a nesting and incubation area for local and migratory birds. Although there are 108 bird species living in the current population within the aquatic ecosystem area, there are variations in the number of species by months during the year. Some of these bird species are Magpie, Stork, Black Stork, Ruddy Shelduck, Scuacco Heron, Gray Heron, Sparrow, and Starling.

Munamak Waterfall

Hidden within Tokat’s lush green landscape, Munamak Waterfall stands out with its cool atmosphere created as water flows gently between the rocks. Set deep within the forest, it offers a quiet escape into nature and serves as an ideal stop for walking, resting and short photography breaks.
